*Prices are based on entire square footage of the desired application area, including basements. For example if your main floor is 1000ft², your second floor is 1000ft² and your basement is 1000ft², your price would reflect as 3000ft². Prices are determined using GPS measurements, we'll let you know your total before our visit.
Before our visit, please open all drawers, closets, pantries, doors, cabinets and areas you'd like us to fog. Unless we're directed otherwise, we will not fog any areas that are left unopened.
Fogging requires that All occupants and animals leave the property for the duration of the fogging, you may return to the property approx. 3 hours after completion. Although our product is 100% safe, it can leave a light essential oil type smell for the first few hours after the application.
** Deep Clean Includes - Wiping all exposed surfaces and walls, mopping and disinfecting floors, carpet cleaning with disinfectant application.
