Dissatisfied with any workmanship? Notify us in writing within 5 business days and we will inspect and correct the issue at no additional cost.
Coordinated Reconstruction
We do not rebuild in-house. When a rebuild is needed, we coordinate trusted contractor partners to complete the reconstruction, and their work carries their own workmanship warranty.
IICRC Standard Compliance
All remediation work follows IICRC S500, S520, and applicable Manitoba WSH regulations. Our warranties are built on certified standards, not guesswork.
Documented at Completion
Every project closes with a final walk-through, moisture readings, or clearance documentation. Your warranty starts when that record is signed off.

Notify Us in Writing
Contact us by email or letter with your project number, date of completion, and a detailed description of the issue. Written notice is required.

We Arrange an Inspection
Our team will arrange an on-site inspection within five (5) business days of receiving your written claim to assess the concern.

Written Findings or Correction
We provide written findings and, if the claim is valid, corrective work at no additional cost within the scope of the warranty.
