Restoration Technician

Working alongside our lead technicians on water damage, mould, asbestos, and fire restoration projects. This is a hands-on field role in Winnipeg and surrounding areas.

Performing mould remediation and asbestos abatement under the direction of a site supervisor. Existing certifications are a strong asset but motivated applicants will be considered.

What We Look For

Requirements

We are a form of emergency response - our team has to meet a certain standard. We want people who show up on time, take safety seriously, and are willing to learn and grow.

  • Strong work ethic and punctuality
  • Ability to follow safe work procedures and documented systems
  • Bondable and insurable
  • Clean-shaven when required to wear a respirator during remediation
  • Willingness to take certifications and courses as needed during employment
  • Ability to follow directions and work within proven systems
  • Comfortable with overtime when required on larger projects
  • Available for emergency or after-hours call-outs on a rotational basis

Nice to Have

Assets

These are not deal-breakers - the right attitude and work ethic matter most. Entry-level applicants without experience are considered.

  • Previous restoration, construction, or trades experience
  • Valid driver's licence (required)
  • Trailer experience considered an asset
  • Reliable transportation (office is located off the Winnipeg perimeter)
  • IICRC, asbestos, or other restoration certifications already held
  • Criminal record check and driver's abstract may be required
