Ozone Generator
Ozone Generator
Produces ozone to neutralise stubborn odours - and requires the space to be completely vacated during treatment.
What it does and why it is used
An ozone generator produces ozone gas, which is highly effective at neutralising stubborn odours. Because ozone is not safe to breathe, it is only used in unoccupied spaces: people, pets, and plants are removed, the area is treated for a set period, and it is then aired out before anyone returns.
Typical restoration applications
- Treating severe, stubborn odours in unoccupied spaces
- Final odour treatment when other methods are not enough
What to expect on site
The treatment is scheduled when the area can be fully vacated; it is aired out before re-entry.
Typical operating times
Runs for a set treatment period in an empty space, followed by ventilation.
Noise
A steady hum during treatment.
Safety
Used only in unoccupied spaces. Do not enter the area while ozone treatment is running.
Can it be turned off?
Controlled entirely by our team; it only runs when the space is empty.
Common questions

HEPA Air Scrubber / Air Filtration
HEPA Air Scrubber
Continuously filters airborne particles - mould spores, soot, and dust - through a HEPA filter to clean the air.
Hydroxyl Generator
Hydroxyl Generator
Uses UV light to produce hydroxyls that neutralise odours - and is generally safe to run while a space is occupied.
Thermal Fogger
Thermal Fogger
Uses heat to create a dense fog that penetrates the same pathways smoke travelled, for deep smoke-odour treatment.
